Hah. Haah. this is the first time I've liked an arrow in the knee bit. Conan's gales of laughter helped. Critique... Well, it seems you hit the nose on what style you want, the art keeps in close step with the humor motif. If not for the humorist approach, I'd say the furnishings in panel 3 could use some shading or texture beneath them, to establish the ground. Also your shading tones, pools and hatching all come together unusually well. The wrap on the guard's knee is a masterstroke, by the way. Conan's torso is just a little lengthy (but then, he's Conan isn't he?), and I suppose the last note I have is: that dragon isn't totally clear at first. At first glance I mistook it for a dragon-skull shield, so I suppose it could be made more plain, or brought into the shot more clearly. I could go either way on the laughing font.
Great stuff! I love experimenting w/ TLIID pieces. On top of media and technique, I try to mess w/ the readers also and I get some rather entertaining results.
